Text Box: Couples Therapy I work with couples of all sexual orientations to help cope with the natural trials and challenges of being in a vital relationship. People come to couples therapy with a wide range of goals such as: Improving communication skills Reducing fighting Improving their sexual relationship Grieving Building trust Creating more intimacy Ending a relationship In couples therapy we work on: Hearing and respecting everyone’s point of view. Learning to articulate feelings and needs to each other until they are understood. Clarifying differences so solutions and compromises can be found without anyone giving up a core sense of self.
