Text Box: MY PHILOSOPHY and STYLE OF WORKING I use Depth Psychology combining PSYCHODYNAMIC JUNGIAN PSYCHOTHERAPY I have observed that blocked-off areas of the psyche can cause depression and anxiety, which can affect energy, creativity and vitality. Uncovering blocks can lead to a dialog with inner allies and saboteurs, revealing valuable information about potential new life solutions. Through looking at behavior patterns, identifying and accessing feeling and thought patterns, interpreting dream symbolism, and various other techniques, I work to help clients uncover and understand these blocked areas. Facing and working through these areas can open doors to meaning, passion and purpose. Hidden in the darkest places can be found the richest treasures.
